Plans for 2011:

Bring in MPTC civil engineering program for assistance.  
They will help with drawings and surveying the site.
Move and level dirt as needed.
Move RR ties and telephone poles over to the sites of the berms.
Construct Berms.
Remove trap 5 and dig out to install shooting tubes.
Clear trees from south side of lower range and push up dirt to provide a barrier on that side of the range to separate it from the 3-D archery area and provide a location for Ipsic, IDPA, Cowboy type pistol bays.
